All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Orders not picked up by October 18 will be shipped to the address on your order and invoiced for shipping.
Worth confirming the dishwasher claim before it goes live. Sublimated mugs generally hold up top rack, but the blank matters and some suppliers only rate theirs hand wash. If Printify's care text says hand wash for the blank you picked, that line needs to come out. Microwave safe is the other question people ask, so add it if the blank supports it.
