Behind the Name
The Inkwell
Stories are powerful.
They connect us, shape us, and help us celebrate what matters. That belief is at the heart of The Inkwell.
We created this space to feel warm, meaningful, and full of character. A place where memories aren’t just made, they’re preserved. As we restored this historic building, we kept coming back to the idea of stories—how many had passed through these walls, and how many were yet to come.
The name The Inkwell represents both the past and the present. It ties back to the building’s history as a newspaper office while symbolizing the idea of rediscovery, uncovering old stories and creating new ones. An inkwell is a vessel of creativity, history, and tradition, just like our space.
We’re honored to provide the setting, the story is yours.
