SMALL GATHERINGS, SHOWERS, & MEETINGS
Our Small Event Rental Package is ideal for showers, birthday parties, meetings, and other gatherings with under 50 guests. You’ll have exclusive access to our beautifully designed space—clean, flexible, and ready for your vision. Choose a half-day or full-day rental, with optional add-ons to make it just right. All the charm of The Inkwell, sized to fit your moment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Access to the main event space (2,000+ sq ft) and prep room
- Use of our tables and chairs including basic setup
- Guest access to restrooms
- Onsite trash service (trash cans and liners provided)
- Standard lighting and climate control
- Flexible layout options
ADD-ONS
Includes access to our audio-visual equipment, including dual projector and sound system.
Refundable Cleaning Deposit
We require a $50 refundable cleaning deposit in addition to the rental fee for all small gatherings rentals. You’ll get it back after the event once we’ve made sure the space is clean and in good shape—just the way you found it.
WEDDINGS AND LARGE GATHERINGS
Our Wedding & Large Event Rental Package is designed for celebrations with more than 50 guests—weddings, receptions, reunions, and more. You’ll have exclusive use of our full space for the entire day, giving you time to get ready, celebrate, and wind down without feeling rushed. With thoughtful amenities, it’s everything you need to host a beautiful, memorable event—The Inkwell at its most unforgettable.

- Access to the main event space and back prep area
- Use of tables and chairs
- Use of audio-visual equipment, including projector and sound system
- Guest access to restrooms
- Onsite trash service (trash cans and liners provided)
- Post-event cleaning included
- Flexible setup and layout options
- On-site venue management to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Optional pre-wedding meeting and walkthrough to help finalize your plans
